Richard "Rich" A. Minga (born 20 September 1961; age 55) is a stuntman, stunt actor, stunt coordinator, and second unit director who performed stunts as one of the Kolarans in Star Trek Nemesis. He was also the stunt coordinator for the vehicle sequence and uncredited for this work.

Minga was born in San Diego, California and has moved into the stunt business after years of experience as a race driver. As a racer he won several championships and awards. Minga is married to Heidi Minga and they have one daughter, Christiana Minga, who works as a model and actress.

Among his stunt resume are films such as Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (1995, with Patrick Kilpatrick, Brenda Bakke, and Jonathan Banks), Broken Arrow (1996, with Christian Slater), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), Chill Factor (1999, with Daniel Hugh Kelly and stunts by Jophery C. Brown, Gilbert Combs, Tommy J. Huff, Keii Johnston, Hugh Aodh O'Brien, and Patricia Tallman), The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle (2000, with Jason Alexander), 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Miami Vice (2006), Snakes on a Plane (2006, with stunts by Lauro Chartrand and Freddie Hice), and Get Smart (set for 2008, with The Rock).

Minga has also performed on television series such as Baywatch (1994, with Gary Kasper and coordinated by Gregory J. Barnett), Angel, Dead Last, The Inside, and The Young and the Restless.
