Reginald Lal Singh (8 August 1905 – 1 December 1970; age 65) portrayed Chandra in the Star Trek episode "Court Martial".
His previous television appearances included The Adventures of Dr. Fu Manchu, Jane Wyman Presents The Fireside Theatre (1958, with Phillip Pine), and Family Affair (1966, with Brian Keith). His film credits include Storm Over Tibet (1952, with Rex Reason and William Schallert), Dragan's Gold (1954, with Anthony Jochim), Elephant Walk (1954, with Abraham Sofaer), and the 1959 biblical epic Ben-Hur (with Michael Dugan).
He also served as technical advisor for the films The Naked Jungle (1954) and Around the World in 80 Days (1956).
