Reggie Nalder (birth name Alfred Reginald Natzler) was born on 4 September 1907 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary (now Austria). He played Ambassador Shras in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Journey to Babel". He made no other apperances on Star Trek, but acted in several other movies and TV series. He died of bone cancer on 19 November 1991.
