Razik in early 2372.
Razik was the First Maje of the Kazon-Ogla in early 2372 who ordered Kar in order to earn his warrior name to kill Chakotay who had entered Kazon space. When Kar failed to carry out his mission, Razik condemned Kar to death. Kar escaped along with Chakotay, and the two were pursued by Razik. Kar would kill Razik and his second in command Haliz pronounces that Kar has earned his name. (VOY: "Initiations")
