Raymond "Ray" Xifo (born 3 September 1942; age 74) is the actor who played Abarca in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Virtuoso".

In 1993 Xifo appeared as Georg Bamberger with Kate Mulgrew and Keene Curtis in the stage play "White Liars & Black Comedy".

Xifo has appeared in several feature films such as Woody Allen's Stardust Memories (1980, with Roy Brocksmith, Brent Spiner, and Armin Shimerman), the drama Angie (1994, with April Grace), the thriller Fallen (1998, with Robert Joy and Cress Williams), the sequel Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003, starring Kristanna Loken), Michael Bay's The Island (2005, with Ethan Phillips), and the third installment Ocean's Thirteen (2007, with Ivar Brogger, Don McManus, Wayne Pere, Tommy Hinkley, and Scott L. Schwartz).

He has also performed in several television series such as Law & Order (1995, episode "Pride", with Robert Joy and Daniel Hugh Kelly), Stargate SG-1 (1997, episode "The Nox", with Armin Shimerman and directed by Charles Correll), Becker (1999, episode "Linda Quits", starring Terry Farrell), and Judging Amy (2001, episode "The Undertow", with Elizabeth Dennehy, Robin Gammell, Sara Mornell, Armin Shimerman, and Granville Van Dusen).
