Rae Norman (1 April 195814 November 2020; age 62) was the actress who played Penny Muroc in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Tapestry".

Norman appeared in True Colors (1991, with Mary Mara and Don McManus) and also worked on 1994's In the Line of Duty: The Price of Vengeance with Michael Krawic, Norman Large, Sharon Lawrence, Tina Lifford, Richard McGonagle, Rick Scarry, Ron Taylor and Susanna Thompson. She was featured in The Dentist 2 with Corbin Bernsen and Clint Howard, the thriller Love Her Madly (2000) with Christopher Michael and Michael Bailey Smith, and in Chasing Ghosts , with Patrick Kilpatrick, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Mark Rolston and Tom Wright. Norman's final film work was the drama 5 Nights in Hollywood (2009) with Ed O'Ross.

On television, Norman was seen in episodes of Tales from the Crypt (1993, starring John Kassir), Seinfeld (1996, starring Jason Alexander and with Bruce Davison), Caroline in the City (1996, starring Lea Thompson and Amy Pietz with Thomas Dekker), Total Security (1997, with Tony Plana, Kristin Bauer, Jim Beaver, and Cyndi Pass), Sliders (1998, starring Jerry O'Connell with Reiner Schöne and Kelly Connell), Titans (2000, with Clement von Franckenstein and directed by Chip Chalmers), Boston Public (2000, with Brooke Benko), Desperate Housewives (2005, with Teri Hatcher, Brenda Strong, and Alfre Woodard), and Cold Case (2006, with Kevin Brief).
