Rachael Elaine Harris (born 12 January 1968; age 56) is an actress and comedienne who played Martis in the Star Trek: Voyager third season episode "Before and After".

A theater graduate from Otterbain College, Harris made her television debut in a 1993 episode of seaQuest DSV. After her appearance on Voyager, she had a recurring role on the series Sister, Sister and went on to appear on Judging Amy, Friends, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The West Wing, 8 Simple Rules, Monk, The Sarah Silverman Program, and According to Jim (2004, with Dayna Devon and Tom Cano) among others. She also served as a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart from 2002 through 2003. Since 2003, she been making recurring appearances on the Comedy Central series Reno 911!, playing Debbie Dangle, the ex-wife of Lt. Jim Dangle (Thomas Lennon). In 2003 she also appeared in an episode of the final season of Frasier, with David Burke playing her husband, who receive counseling from Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) and his ex-wife Lilith (Bebe Neuwirth).

She also had a role in the 2001 film The Gristle, starring Michael Dorn, and Showtime (2002, featuring William Shatner). She can also be seen in Best in Show (2000), A Mighty Wind (2003), and For Your Consideration (2006). All three of these films also featured Ed Begley, Jr. and Michael McKean. Harris' other film credits include Daddy Day Care (2003, with Jimmy Bennett and Wallace Langham), The Haunted Mansion (2003, with Wallace Shawn, Derek Mears, and Michael McAdam), Starsky & Hutch (2004, with David Soul and Fred Williamson), After the Sunset (2004, with Robert Curtis Brown and Mark Moses), and Kicking & Screaming (2005, with Matt Winston). In 2009, she was seen in The Soloist and The Hangover.

More recently, Harris co-stars as psychiatrist and love interest of the title character, Linda Martin, in Lucifer (2015-2017) for which Scott Chambliss worked as production designer on the pilot episode.
