R. Christopher Biggs (born 25 March 1959; age 64) is a special effects makeup artist and digital compositor who worked as makeup artist on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country and as digital compositor for Digital Domain on Star Trek Nemesis.

Biggs received two Saturn Award nominations in the category Best Make-Up in 1988 for his work on A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, shared with Kevin Yagher and Mark Shostrom, and in 1990 for his work on Critters 2: The Main Course.

Biggs started to work as special effects makeup artist in the early 1980s on projects such as Saturday the 14th (1981), Galaxy of Terror (1981, with Kenny Myers, Allan A. Apone, Brian Wade, and Kevin Shanks), Deathstalker (1983), The Warrior and the Sorceress (1984), Teen Wolf (1985, with Thomas R. Burman and Jeff Dawn), Critters (1986, with Cary Howe and Gerald Quist), Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2 (1987, with Camille Calvet), My Two Dads, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988, with Bart Mixon and Alicia Tripi) and A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989, with Brian Wade), The Arsenio Hall Show and Alien Nation (1989, with Steve LaPorte and Rick Stratton), The Dark Side of the Moon (1990, with James Rohland), Eve of Destruction (1991, with Camille Calvet, Michael R. Jones, and James Rohland), Point of No Return (1993, with Vivian McAteer and Toni-Ann Walker), Super Mario Bros. (1993, with Rob Burman, Roxy D'Alonzo, Katherine Rees, Adam Brandy, Jake Garber, and Dean Gates, Demolition Man (1993), and the television series Martin (1992-1997).

Beginning in the late 1980s, Biggs also worked as digital artist and compositor in the visual effects department. His credits include Alien Nation (1989, with Hoyt Yeatman), Earth 2 (1994), and JAG, Oblivion (1994), the fantasy film Beanstalk (1994), Oblivion 2: Backlash (1996), Alien Nation: The Enemy Within (1996) and Alien Nation: The Udara Legacy (1997), Mighty Joe Young (1998), My Favorite Martian (1999), Bicentennial Man (1999), Donnie Darko (2001), Ghosts of Mars (2001), Snow Dogs (2002), Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), Peter Pan (2003), Spider-Man 2 (2004), Catwoman (2004), and the studio tour short film Studio Tour: Universal Studios Hollywood (2011).
