Provider 3 was the third known Provider and differed in appearance from its companions only in its yellow internal radiance.
It owned Kloog; an Andorian thrall and an unnamed thrall designated as a "practice target" because he was slow in obeying a command. (TOS: "The Gamesters of Triskelion")
Provider 3 was voiced by Robert C. Johnson, who was uncredited on-screen despite having dialogue.
The script lists the third Provider as "Shrill voice #3".
