Princess was a noble title held by a female individual of royal blood, the daughter of a King and Queen.

While spending time down on the Shore Leave Planet, Yeoman Tonia Barrows imagined that a girl should be "dressed like a fairy-tale princess, with lots of floaty stuff and a tall hat with a veil." She was surprised to find a medieval dress and hennin like the ones she'd imagined hanging from a tree. She changed into them and modeled them for Doctor Leonard McCoy, declaring herself to indeed resemble "a princess of the blood royale". Later, when afraid in the forest glade, McCoy reassured her, saying "A princess shouldn't be afraid, not with a brave knight to protect her." (TOS: "Shore Leave")

Sybok was the son of a Vulcan princess. (Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)

In 2366, during a Tanugan trial of William T. Riker, a reconstruction of Manua Apgar's memories included Riker remarking that she must be lonely like a princess in a very high tower. (TNG: "A Matter of Perspective")

Patrick, while analyzing a speech by Damar, theorized that a role akin to a princess existed in the intrigue of Damar's life, a role which Julian Bashir identified as Ziyal. (DS9: "Statistical Probabilities")

Furthermore, in a deleted scene from "Cost of Living", Deanna Troi recalled how her mother once dressed up as a Koropian princess.
