Potato casserole was a casserole made from potatoes and other ingredients.
A favorite of Miles O'Brien, he served it to his wife Keiko in 2367 in an attempt to broaden her culinary horizons, describing it as "a dish fit for kings". She was unimpressed, particularly with the "little dark things" it contained. (TNG: "The Wounded")
