The Portage Creek Police Department was a law enforcement agency responsible for law enforcement in Portage Creek, Indiana. Their insignia featured an eagle over a creek, with two lightning bolt-shaped swords and the slogan "You can run but you can't hide..."
On December 31, 2000, when Henry Janeway refused to leave his shop to protest the loss of his business to the Millennium Gate project, the Portage Creek Police Department placed a cordon around the shop. Shannon O'Donnel was allowed through the cordon so she could speak with Henry and convinced him to leave. (VOY: "11:59")
Art Department Coordinator Penny Juday kept a copy of the police car-sticker hanging in her office.[1]
