Plix Tixiplik was a Reegrunion who was a recent addition to Constable Odo's police records around stardate 47390. According to Odo's bulletin: he was "wanted in seven star systems for illegal weapon sales."
While taken to the security office, Nog, having read Tixiplik's data, inadvertantly noted how very profitable weapon sales were. He further implicated his Uncle Quark for his knowledge of the subject, moments before Quark entered and saved his nephew from further embarrassment. (DS9: "Sanctuary")
