A Plasma stream is a stream of warp plasma within a warp nacelle.
In 2363, Walter Pierce killed Marla Finn, his former girlfriend, and another man before throwing himself into the plasma stream of the starboard nacelle on the USS Enterprise-D while the starship still being constructed at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")
