Pistachio cake was a dessert prepared by Tuvok in 2376. He served it with pera-cream sauce, much to Kathryn Janeway's delight. When asked by Janeway if he could remember the cloaking frequency of an alien species, he struggled to remember, but managed to model a rough likeness of the frequency on the pistachio cake using the sauce.
