Pilar Seurat (25 July 19382 June 2001; age 62) is the actress who played Sybo in "Wolf in the Fold", a second season episode of Star Trek: The Original Series.

Born in the Philippines as Rita Hernandez, she arrived in the United States of America as a child, and began acting on television in the late 1950s. One of her earliest TV appearances came in a 1960 episode of the classic Western series Maverick along with fellow TOS guest star Richard Webb. This was followed in 1962 with two appearances on the crime series Naked City. Her first episode, entitled "The Contract", also featured fellow TOS alum Abraham Sofaer while the second, called "Without Stick or Sword", featured TOS star William Shatner. Also in 1962, she appeared in an episode of Adventures in Paradise with her "Wolf in the Fold" co-star John Fiedler. The following year, Seurat was seen in an episode of Gene Roddenberry's The Lieutenant, starring Gary Lockwood. She also appeared in a 1965 episode of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea with TOS star George Takei.

Her many other TV credits include Ben Casey (in an episode with Davis Roberts), Temple Houston (starring Jeffrey Hunter and also guest-starring Abraham Sofaer), The Defenders (with Richard Kiley and Frank Overton), Rawhide (with James Gregory and Richard Hale), Burke's Law (with Ricardo Montalban), I Spy (with George Murdock), Slattery's People (with Paul Sorenson), The Wild Wild West (with Michael Dunn), The Fugitive (with James Gregory), The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The High Chaparral (starring Henry Darrow), Then Came Bronson (with Logan Ramsey), Hawaii Five-O, The Mod Squad (starring Clarence Williams III and Tige Andrews), and Bonanza (with Alan Oppenheimer). She has also been seen in multiple episodes of The F.B.I., during which she worked with the likes of Stephen Brooks, Richard Evans, Rex Holman, and Ken Lynch.

Seurat was also involved in a handful of feature film released in 1961, including John Frankenheimer's The Young Savages, in which she played one of three Italian teenagers accused of murder; Stanley Adams and Clegg Hoyt made uncredited appearances in this film. Seurat also appeared with Barry Atwater in Battle at Bloody Beach and with Yvonne Craig in The Seven Women from Hell. Ten years later, she and fellow TOS alumni Antoinette Bower and Don Keefer had roles in the made-for-TV movie A Death of Innocence.

Seurat retired from acting in the early 1970s. She died of lung cancer in 2001 at the age of 62. She is survived by her son, Dean Devlin, a prominent Hollywood writer and producer (Stargate, Independence Day).
