Philip Moy is a comic book artist specializing in inking. While his twin brother was still part of the industry, they often worked together sharing art duties, Jeffrey providing pencils and Philip doing the inking. He broke into the industry in the early 1990s, and quickly made a name for himself on series such as Excalibur, X-Calibre, and adaptations of movies and television shows. He is best known for his work on the Powerpuff Girls Comic Book from DC Comics, on which he provided cover art for at least the first 46 issues of the series and full artwork for 17 of those issues.

His two Star Trek credits are inks on the adaptation of "Star Trek: First Contact" for Marvel Comics and "False Colors" for WildStorm Comics (inking his brother's pencils).
