Philip "Phil" D. Weyland (born 20 April 1948; age 75) is an actor who worked as stand-in and played background roles on several Star Trek films. In addition to this work he was a dialogue coach on Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country and worked as dialogue coach for Majel Barrett Roddenberry and David Ogden Stiers on the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Half a Life".

Weyland is a close friend of William Shatner and has worked as his stand-in in several films and television series such as T. J. Hooker (1982-1986) and Boston Legal (2004-2006). He also worked as stand-in for Luke Perry on all seasons of Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990-2000).

His acting resume includes television series such as T. J. Hooker (starring James Darren and Richard Herd), Starman (1987, starring Michael Cavanaugh), Dynasty (1988 with Joan Collins, Daniel Davis, Stephanie Beacham, and Richard Sarstedt), Matlock (1991, with David Froman, John DeMita, and Eric Pierpoint), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1993-1999, also as a stand-in), and Boston Legal (2006, starring René Auberjonois and guest starring Corbin Bernsen, Joanna Cassidy, and Patti Yasutake).

As an occasional stunt performer he did stunts in Predator 2 (1990, with Kevin Peter Hall, Lilyan Chauvin, David Starwalt, and stunts by Janet Brady, Tony Brubaker, Jeff Cadiente, Phil Chong, Joy Hooper, Jimmy Ortega, and Rusty McClennon).
