Phil Morris (born 4 April 1959; age 57) is an actor who has made appearances in the original Star Trek, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager. He also appeared in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. The characters he played in Star Trek were three Humans, a Klingon and a Jem'Hadar.
Morris is the son of the late Greg Morris, who played Barney Collier on the 1960s-70s spy series Mission: Impossible, which was filmed at the same studio where TOS (and, specifically, the Phil Morris episode, "Miri") was filmed and featured Leonard Nimoy for two seasons. His sister is Iona Morris.
His television guest appearances include roles on Cheers, Babylon 5, Smallville, Murder, She Wrote and, in his best known role, as lawyer Jackie Chiles on Seinfeld (copulating with Teri Hatcher's character in the series finale).
Phil later starred as Grant Collier (Barney Collier's son) in the 1988-90 television remake of Mission: Impossible. Morris co-starred with Leonard Nimoy in Disney's 2001 animated film Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
Morris voiced the recurring villain Vandal Savage on three episodes of the animated series Justice League, appearing in episodes with Larry Drake and Michael Dorn. He has also provided voice work for other comic book-based animated series, such as Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Ultimate Spider-Man, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and Wolverine and the X-Men.
