Pesca was a teacher on Starbase Yorktown.
When the USS Enterprise visited Yorktown in 2263, Pesca was sitting with a group of students on one of the starbase's walkways. (Star Trek Beyond)
Pesca was played by Ashley Edner. (Star Trek Beyond - The Makeup Artistry of Joel Harlow, p. 201) However, she received no on-screen credit for her appearance.
Pesca wasn't named in the film; her name comes from Joel Harlow. [1]
