Paul Lambert appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He first played the role of Melian in TNG: "When the Bough Breaks," and then Howard Clarke in TNG: "Devil's Due.".
Lambert passed away on April 27, 1997 at the age of 74.
