Paul Jenkins (born 6 December 1965; age 58) is a British comic book writer.

He moved to the US in the late 1980s and joined Mirage Studios, where he edited books by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. When they left the company and moved to Tundra, Jenkins followed them, continuing as an editor and licensing director.

Eventually, a writing pitch got his a four-year stint on Hellblazer at DC Comics in the mid-1990s. He then moved over to Marvel and helped revive a number of their horror-themed titles including Werewolf By Night and Strange Tales. He continued to write and handled long stints on The Incredible Hulk, Peter Parker: Spider-Man, and The Spectacular Spider-Man.

He has also written for video games including the Legacy of Kain, Twisted Metal, and God of War series.

His only Star Trek contribution is writing "Operation Assimilation".
