Paul Hill (born 2 February 1958; age 66) is a visual effects editor and digital compositor from Niles, Ohio, who worked in the employ of Digital Magic on episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise. His visual effects work for Star Trek, netted Hill three Emmy Awards with nine additional nominations.
Career[]
Beside his work on Star Trek, Hill also worked as compositor on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Alias, Children of Dune (2003), Out of Order (2003), Two and a Half Men, Summerland (2004), and Lost. Film work include Money Talks (1997), Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997), Species II (1998), Charlie's Angels (2000), The Ring Two (2005), The Muppets' Wizard of Oz (2005), Urban Legends: Bloody Mary (2005), and Good Night, and Good Luck (2005).
More recent work as visual effects and digital compositor include Men in Trees (2006-2007), Pushing Daisies (2008-2009), 24 (2009), Dexter (2010), $#*! My Dad Says (2010-2011, starring William Shatner), Hellcats (2010-2011), Entourage (2010-2011), True Blood (2009-2012), The Good Wife (2012), 2 Broke Girls (2012), Mike & Molly (2010-2013), See Dad Run (2012-2013), and Banshee (2013).
