Patricia Vecchio is a hair stylist who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as hair stylist for the day players and on the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Caretaker". For the latter one Vecchio received an Emmy Award nomination in 1995 for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series, shared with Josée Normand, Patricia Miller, Shawn McKay, Karen Asano-Myers, Dino Ganziano, Rebecca De Morrio, Barbara Minster, Janice D. Brandow, Gloria Ponce, Caryl Codon-Tharp, Katherine Rees, Virginia Kearns, Faith Vecchio, and Audrey Levy. She is related to fellow Star Trek hair stylist Faith Vecchio.

As hair stylist she worked on the television series Head of the Class (with Delree Todd), Pros and Cons (1991-1992), Billy (1992), Mad About You, The X-Files, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (starring Teri Hatcher), Playtyus Man (1995, with Barbara Minster), Live Shot (1995-1996), Beverly Hills 90210 (1995-1996, with Charlotte Harvey), Party of Five (1997), J.J. Abrams' Felicity, and Bloodline (1999). She then worked as hair department head on Oliver Beene (2003-2004) and as hair stylist on Gilmore Girls (2000-2003). For the latter one she earned a Hollywood Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Guild Award in 2003 for Best Period Hair Styling – Television Series.

Her film credits include American Me (1992, with David Abbott, Art Harding, Gloria Ponce, Jill Rockow, and Carlos Yeaggy), the television drama Bloodlines: Murder in the Family (1993), The Broken Chain (1993), Airheads (1994, with Candace Neal), The River Wild (1994, with Donna Barrett Gilbert, Jim Kail, and Richard Snell), the television western Gambler V: Playing for Keeps (1994), Cries from the Heart (1994, with David Abbott), Family Album (1994, with Audrey L. Further television work as hair stylist/key hair stylist include the series The Help (2004), Phil of the Future, Entourage (2005), Bones, Zoey 101 (2006), Dr. Vegas (2004-2006, with Lisa Meyers), The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (2007-2008), and The Suite Life on Deck (2008).

More recently she worked as department head hair stylist on the third season of the comedy series The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2010).
