Patricia Quaice was the wife of Starfleet doctor Dalen Quaice. They were married many years, and both lived aboard Starbase 133 during much of Dalen's posting there.
Patricia died sometime prior to 2367, prompting Dalen to move back to his homeworld of Kenda II. Dalen loved Patricia very much, and did not like the idea of continuing to live and work at the starbase without his wife. (TNG: "Remember Me")
