Patahk, injured on Galorndon Core in 2366.
Patahk was a Romulan soldier assigned to the scoutship Pi. In 2366, Patahk and his co-pilot, Bochra, became stranded on the Federation planet Galorndon Core following the crash of the Pi. Patahk was severely injured in the crash, however, he was later discovered by the crew of the USS Enterprise-D.
Dr. Beverly Crusher attempted to repair Patahk's injuries, however, found surgery on Romulans to be more difficult than anticipated, having worked with the assumption that it would be the same as working on a Vulcan. She discovered that because of his exposure to radiation and magnetic fields on the surface of Galorndon Core, his brain waves indecated early neural pathway degeneration. She also discovered that he had cell damage to several vital areas and would require a transfusion of compatable ribosomes. Dr. Beverly Crusher discovered that the only compatable match aboard the Enterprise was with Lieutenant Worf. Worf refused to donate his cells to a Romulan, and Patahk refused to accept cells from "Klingon filth". Patahk would later die from his injuries. (TNG: "The Enemy")
