Paramount Digital Entertainment is a division of Paramount Pictures most recently founded in 2009. The newest version was created to develop games as tie-ins to major releases including Top Gun, Mean Girls, Highlander, and Star Trek D-A-C.

The division originally split off from Paramount Interactive in 1995 to promote Paramount's online visibility and it worked closely with the Microsoft Network. The division promoted events including the "Trekker's Choice Awards" in 1996 and the creation of before the division was merged into CBS Interactive.
