Paramount Digital Entertainment is the name given to two different divisions of Paramount Pictures.

The division was originally created in 1995 as a split from Paramount Interactive to promote Paramount's online visibility. The division worked closely with the Microsoft Network to create StarTrek.com, and promoted events including the "Trekker's Choice Awards" in 1996. When the franchise was acquired by CBS in late 2005, the division was merged into CBS Interactive, who took over responsibility for the site.

In 2009, the division was refounded as a digital distribution arm. Its responsibilities included developing games as tie-ins to major releases from the Paramount catalog, including Top Gun, Mean Girls, and Highlander. It developed Star Trek D-A-C and the 2013 Star Trek video game.
