In 2366, at Captain Jean-Luc Picard's request, Lieutenant Commander Data gave the following evaluation of a painting Picard had created: "While suggesting the free treatment of form usually attributed to Fauvism, this quite inappropriately attempts to juxtapose the disparate cubistic styles of Picasso and Léger.
