The PT Farnsworth was a Federation Type 15 shuttlepod that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-24th century, attached to the USS Enterprise-D. It was shuttlepod number 10.
Early in 2366, the PT Farnsworth was listed on the shuttlebay operations display as being overhauled in Hangar 5. (TNG: "Evolution", okudagram)
