The Orion Arm was a collection of stars, planets, nebulae, and other spatial objects that formed one of many curved "arms" shooting out from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.
The Orion Arm (or Local Spur/Orion Spur) was a minor "arm", extending from the Sagittarius Arm, and was the location of the Sol system.
The Orion Arm was shown on a computer panel in astrometrics on the USS Voyager during the later years of its seven-year journey in the Delta Quadrant. (VOY: "Endgame" display graphic [1]) '[2]
The graphic is also shown (in legible detail) in Geoffrey Mandel's Star Trek: Star Charts.
