Ophiucus VI was an inhabited planet. It was the sixth planet in the Ophiucus star system. This was one of two inhabited planets in the system; the other was Ophiucus III.
Prior to stardate 4978, Harry Mudd visited Ophiucus VI, where he conned two miners out of a year's supply of dilithium crystals using fake Federation vouchers. (TAS: "Mudd's Passion")
Background
Presumably, Ophiucus VI was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
In the novelization of "Mudd's Passion" (as published in Star Trek Log 3), Harry Mudd referred to this planet as a "charming frontier world."
