Okalar

Okalar was a humanoid who visited Deep Space 9 in 2371. Okalar was a high roller on a winning streak at the dabo table at "Quark's". He was convinced by the dabo girl Mardah to take one more spin on the wheel only to lose his entire winnings of latinum. Afterwards, he attempted pursue Mardah as she went on break, but she brushed him off to sit with her boyfriend, Jake Sisko. (DS9: "The Abandoned")

Okalar was of the same species as Zolan. He was played by actor Matthew Kimbrough.
