Nori was a female IIari.
She was spouse to Tieran, a tyrannt who had the ability to transfer his consciousness to another's body. When the ship she and Tieran exploded, they were beamed over to Voyager, however Tieran died, but not before transferring his consciouness to Kes. She helped Tieran escape from Voyager and stayed loyal to him even after he decided while he was in Kes' body to take another to marry another for political purposes.
Nori was killed by Tuvok after she fired upon the rescue party during the attack to free Kes. (VOY: Warlord)
