Nora was a female crewmember aboard the ECS Horizon. She and Travis Mayweather grew up together aboard the ship during the early 22nd century.

Nora and Travis reunited when he visited the Horizon after the death of his father. She told Travis that his brother Paul might not be ready to be captain, that the ship had lost contacts when goods were delivered late, and that the crew was losing confidence in him. She agreed with Travis that the Horizon should be modified in order to meet the threats from pirates. (ENT: "Horizon")

Nora was played by Nicole Forester.

In the final draft script of "Horizon", Nora was described as being in her "20's" and Travis Mayweather's "best friend from childhood." The script went on to remark, "Even though they haven't seen each other in a long time, they share a familiarity that comes from years of friendship."
