Noon E. Orsatti is a stuntman, stunt actor and stunt coordinator who performed stunts in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country as one of the Excelsior crewmen.

Orsatti is the son of stuntman Ernie Orsatti and the nephew of stuntman Frank Orsatti. He is the father of stunt performers Allie Orsatti and Rowbie Orsatti.

He has been the stunt coordinator for hit television series such as Charmed (1998-2006), Scrubs (2001-2007, starring Ken Jenkins), The Closer (2005-2007, starring Raymond Cruz and Gina Ravarra), and Nip/Tuck (2003-2005, with regular guest actress Famke Janssen).
