Neural Truncheon
A Breen uses its neural truncheon on Ezri Dax.
A neural truncheon is weapon typically used by the Breen to contain and control prisoners. On contact, it sends a surge of electricity throughout the body which paralyzes the recipient. Repeated contact may result in short-term damage to the brain, such as a concussion or temporary coma. (DS9: "Til Death Do Us Part")
