Admiral Nensi Chandra

In 2258, of the alternate reality, Admiral Nensi Chandra was among the high-ranking officers who presided over Cadet James T. Kirk's Starfleet Academy hearing for cheating during his Kobayashi Maru scenario. Later, after Kirk took command of the USS Enterprise and helped save Earth and Captain Christopher Pike from Nero, Chandra was present at Kirk's promotion to captain of the Enterprise. (Star Trek)
Chandra was played by an unknown actor in Star Trek. His prime counterpart was also seen sitting in judgement of James T. Kirk, serving on the court martial board trying Kirk for the apparent of Benjamin Finney in TOS: "Court Martial".
