Natasha Gerasimova is a Production Designer and Art Director who worked as Assistant Art Director on 2013's Star Trek Into Darkness. This work earned her an ADG Excellence in Production Design Award nomination in the category Fantasy Film which she shared with Scott Chambliss, Ramsey Avery, James Clyne, Lauren Polizzi, Kasra Farahani, Michael E. Goldman, Harry E. Otto, Andrew E.W. Murdock, Jason Baldwin Stewart, Steve Christensen, Andrea Dopaso, John Eaves, Nathan Schroeder, Ryan Church, Christopher Ross, Victor Martinez, Steven Messing, Karl Strahlendorf, John Chichester, Tex Kadonaga, Kevin Cross, Andrew Reeder, Anne Porter, Jane Wuu, Richard F. Mays, Allen Coulter, Karl Martin, Scott Schneider, Lorrie Campbell, Easton Smith, Tammy Lee, Tim Croshaw, Clint Schultz, and Karen Manthey. More recently, Gerasimova started to work as Art Director on the 2016 sequel Star Trek Beyond under production designer Scott Chambliss. 
She attended the University of Southern California between 1994 and 1999 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production in 1996 and a Bachelor's degree in Film Production in 1999.
Gerasimova started her career as a production staff member on the reality television show America's Funniest Home Videos between 1998 and 1999. Between 2007 and 2010, she worked as production designer and/or art director on a number of short films including Kirsten Dunst' Welcome (2007, starring Winona Ryder), The Quickie (2007), The Trap (2007), Cutlass (2007, with Virginia Madsen), Family Recipes (2009), and Touch (2010).
Beside working as set dresser on the 2009 crime comedy Next Day Air, Gerasimova was the production designer on the comedy series Warren the Ape (2010), the reality show Red Bull Flugtag: On the Wings of Glory (2010), and on the short comedy Sodales (2010). In addition, she was the art department researcher on the science fiction thriller Cowboys & Aliens (2011, written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, and Damon Lindelof, production design by Scott Chambliss, art direction by Lauren E. Polizzi, and set decoration by Karen Manthey).
More recently, she worked as production designer on the family drama Kelly & Cal (2014) and as assistant art director on Brad Bird's science fiction film Tomorrowland (2015, written by Damon Lindelof, production design by Scott Chambliss, and art direction by Ramsey Avery, Steve Christensen, Luke Freeborn, and Don Macaulay).
