Nanci Meek (also known as Nanci Kusley) is an actress who portrayed a mental patient in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. As a background actress, she received no credit for her appearance. [1](X)

Meek received her degree in Theater and Telecommunications from the Cal State Chico and in Film/ Television from the University of California in Los Angeles. She is a certified and trained camera operator and video producer and is experienced in stand-up comedy, writing, and script work.

Beside her on-screen appearances, she is a stage actress with several plays to credit, including Barefoot in the Park, Catch Me if you Can, and Joey and Marias's Comedy Italian Wedding. She has also done voice overs for commercials and worked as secretary for several stars such as Jamie Rose.

Among her feature film performances are Paradise Alley (1978), Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol (1987, with David Graf and Brian Tochi), Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987, with Michael McKean and Richard Herd), Hot to Trot (1988, with Virginia Madsen and Jim Metzler), the comedy Big Business (1988), the comedy Moving (1988), the crime comedy License to Drive (1988), and Ocean's Thirteen (2007).

Meek was a utility stand-in for four years on Matlock and for two years on Murder, She Wrote. She had recurring and regular roles in Hill Street Blues, Night Court, and Down Home (1990-1991, starring Dakin Matthews). Other television appearances include Falcon Crest (starring Robert Foxworth), L.A. Law (starring Corbin Bernsen), Lady Blue, Quicksilver, Dear John, Houston Knights, Annie McGuire (1988), Day by Day, Knight Rider, Married with Children, Who's the Boss?, and Doogie Howser, M.D..
