Moses was a human, a Levite who lived in the Middle East in the 2nd millennium BCE.
Moses is revered as a prophet in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. He is said to have personally received from God the Torah and the Ten Commandments, which were the fundaments of ancient Judaic legislature. Because of his legislative heritage, Samuel T. Cogley would liken the Tribunal of Alpha III to Moses in importance. (TOS: "Court Martial")
