The Morphinians were a spacefaring civilization from the Delta Quadrant.
A Morphinian operated a cafe on the Markonian outpost visited by the USS Voyager in 2376. The cafe owner was arrested along with a group of Voyager crew members and Kinbori, for brawling in a Kinbori game. (VOY: "Survival Instinct")
