Monika Spruch (born 18 July) is a model and actress who appeared between 2003 and 2005 as a recurring science division crewman on the last three seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise and worked as one of the stand-ins for actress Jolene Blalock on the show. As a background performer, she received no credit for her appearances.

Born in Lodz, Poland and formerly based in Warsaw, Poland, Spruch was awarded with the title "Model of the Year 1999" in her home country. She was also named "Mademoiselle Mannequin" in 1999 and 2000. Shortly thereafter she moved to Los Angeles and studied acting at the Ivan Markota Acting School while working as a model for several agencies.

In 2001 she appeared in the thriller Heart of Stone, after which she earned her SAG card. Further acting roles include George Clooney's drama Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002, with Daniel Zacapa, Carlos Carrasco, Michael Ensign, and Tommy Hinkley), the comedy Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde (2003, with Bruce McGill, Bruce Thomas, Ruth Williamson, David Doty, Michael Krawic, Keone Young, James Read, and Carolyn Hennesy), and guest spots in the television series Will & Grace, Monk, Judging Amy, and Miss Match (2003).

Beside her work as an actress, Spruch is an international model who appeared on runways for designers and labels such as DKNY and David Cordova, in print campaigns for Lingerie Bowl, Oro King Jewelry, and Rider Jeans, and in television commercials for Atlantic Swimwear, KIA,, Miller Beer, and Lexus. She also trained her voice and is singing.
