The Mithran-class was a fighter under development in 2374, said to be more advanced than any other ship in the Delta Quadrant.

Steth, a lifeform capable of taking over humanoid bodies, told Tom Paris about this ship when he invited Paris to come with him and test-pilot the ship. (VOY: "Vis à Vis")
