Minnis
Minnis was the First Maje of the Kazon-Pommar. He attended Captain Janeway's peace talks that were used by the Trabe as an attempt to kill the leaders of the Kazon factions. (VOY: "Alliances")
Minnis was played by regular stunt actor Tom Morga, who received no on-screen credit for this appearance.
