Miguel Pérez (born 7 September 1957; age 66) is an actor who played a Starfleet physician in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Endgame".

Born as Arnoldo Cruz Pérez in San Jose, California, Pérez joined the wrestling and the football team in high school. He joined the Marines from 1975-1979, honorably discharged at the rank of a sergeant. He continued his career as a stage actor and director for stage plays, working with Patrick Stewart in "The Tempest" and several other stage plays. Pérez has been engaged to Lisa Spigai-Pérez since 1987.
