Michael Phipps is an actor who played a Romulan senator in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges". As a background actor Phipps received no credit for his appearance and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] Phipps wore this additional costume part only at the banquet scene.
Mr. Phipps has just told me : "tell the person that put this up thank you and that I had a great time being a Romulan and I was sad that I had to come home."
