Michael Buchman Silver (born 8 July 1967; age 56) is an actor from New York City, who played Vinod in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Paradise".

More recently, he has appeared in a recurring role on the series Day Break along with Jonathan Banks and Jim Beaver.

Silver is the grandson of Oscar-winning screenwriter Sidney Buchman. He is married to actress Katie Mitchell. Silver is a graduate of Brown University.
