Apparently either someone is unfamiliar with IRC or a vandal beat us to the punch... I tried to join that channel and it says "Access to channel #memory-alpha is blocked".Problem solved - it was an issue with the allow list. Anyone unfamiliar with IRC, visit irc.wikicities.com and, once connected, paste this into the text box: "/join #memory-alpha". We do have an IRC channel now, and in case anyone hasn't noticed, it's the "Chat" link in the navigation bar. Anyone who hasn't checked it out yet should do so, it's a great way to communicate and coordinate efforts. --Vedek Dukat Talk | Duty Roster 18:36, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
Update and rename
This page requires an update, since wikia doesn't support the IRC interface anymore. I also suggest we rename this to chat, but keep the redirect, since most people looking for this will use that term now. - Archduk3 01:22, November 18, 2011 (UTC)
