Mary Katherine Peters (also known as Mary Peters-Scannell) is a stuntwoman and stunt actress who performed stunts in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and in several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She received no credit for her television work.
She has doubled for stars such as Sigourney Weaver, Delia Sheppard, Joan Cusack, Mary Gross, Tina Louise, Brigitte Nielsen, Vanessa & Lynn Redgrave, and Lindsay Wagner.
Among her stunt resume are films such as Carrie (1976, with stunts by Dick Ziker and Janet Brady), The Lady in Red (1979, with Louise Fletcher, Christopher Lloyd, Dick Miller, Nancy Parsons, Michael Cavanaugh, and stunts by Vince Deadrick and Harry Wowchuk), Airplane!
